INTERMEDIATES

Monday  5 miles
Tuesday  6 miles
Wednesday  5 miles
Thursday  5 miles
Friday  5 miles
Saturday  8 miles
Sunday  Rest

Keep up the great work!  Don't forget to log your workouts everyday.  Even if it's just
writing down that you worked out.  A few details are best but a short record of your activity is
