Keep up the great work!  Don't forget to log your workouts everyday.  Even if it's just
writing down that you worked out.  A few details are best but a short record of your activity is

New York Marathon

Hi Team!!

Many of you are probably not aware that one of OUR runners (Mike McLaughlin) was scheduled to run his 31 st marathon in New York City this past weekend!
